Restocking fees are 20% of the purchase price of the returned product(s) plus any shipping costs or overhead costs the seller may incur in relation to the returned product(s). Lengths under 50 feet or containing splices will not be authorized. Strapworks reserves the right to refuse any returned product(s) at its sole discretion. Most orders are fulfilled within three business days. Straps, powder coated hardware, and sublimated webbing are made to order and will require additional time to fulfill the order.
